Ocean-View Damion Elise EX-94 & her EX-92 Braxton

Some cow families are built over generations. Others arrive unexpectedly and become foundations in their own right.

The Elise family traces back to a special purchase made at the California State Convention Sale. A stylish young Ito calf from the Sierra Vista herd caught Pam's attention—not only for her quality, but because she carried something that has always mattered at Ocean-View: the influence of Sexation in her pedigree.

"As I watched her walk through the ring, I couldn't help but think about how Marvin had built so many of our great families by introducing new bloodlines backed by the strength of Sexation," recalls Pam. "When the auctioneer was about to drop the hammer, I made one more bid. It turned out to be the best bid of my life."

That Ito made the journey from California to Wisconsin and quickly proved she belonged. More importantly, she became the foundation of a family that consistently transmits quality. Generation after generation, the Elises have stamped their offspring with the same balance, style, and dairy strength that first caught our eye. Like the best cow families, they don't just reproduce themselves—they continue to improve with every generation.

Today, the Elise family stands as one of the rising maternal lines at Ocean-View, proving that great cow families can come from a single opportunity when matched with the right breeding vision.
